(Please visit our new Zerby donations page) Zerby Gap Familyworks, is a residential program of the Centre County Youth Service Bureau, opened in August 1998. This highly structured, staff-secure residential program serves dependent and delinquent adolescent boys, ages 12 to 18 years old. Zerby Gap specializes in fostering family involvement from the beginning and throughout placement to facilitate family reunification and permanency planning for all youth in care. Goal Zerby Gap Familyworks staff collaborate with placing agencies, the court, and families to
develop a permanency plan for each youth enrolled in the program. The goal of the
program is to provide assessment and individualized treatment to enable youth to
function at their highest possible level in the least restrictive setting. |
