Working in conjunction with placing agencies and with parents/guardians, the treatment team develops an individualized treatment plan for each youth and family. The team uses a variety of modalities to address the unique problems and issues facing each youth and family. Progress towards the objectives is monitored through individual counseling, group counseling, participation in Zerby Gap's structured activities, and on reports of behavior in school and while on home visits. Written progress reports are provided to placing agencies on a qmonthly basis; verbal updates are provided as needed.
