Program Expectations:

Youth are expected to develop a strong sense of responsibility and show commitment to their personal growth.  Each youth will work with a team of staff members to create an Individualized Service Plan that focuses on the development of specific needs and skills.  Program and household responsibilities include:

bulletPursue his/her GED or high school diploma
bulletObtain and maintain employment
bulletPay 25% of monthly income to Stepping Stone for rent
bulletDeposit 30% of monthly income into a personal savings account, no accessible until departure from the program
bulletAttend at least four individual life skill meetings per week with case team staff
bulletWork toward personal goals, including character goals
