Program Overview:
Stepping Stone Transitional Living Program is an 8-bed
residential facility located in State College, Pennsylvania. Stepping Stone is
licensed by the Department of Public Welfare to provide services to males and
females between the ages of 16 and 21. Youth who are accepted into the program
can receive residential services for up to 18 months. Non-residential services
are also available to at-risk youth in the area.
Stepping Stone’s mission is to provide youth with a
nurturing, supportive, and challenging environment conducive to learning the
independent living skills that are necessary for self-sufficiency.
