Youth Service Bureau (YSB) seeks
Family Services Division Director
This position, recently held by Bobbie Jo Hopf is a key leader
position within the YSB. The Family Service Division Director is
responsible for overseeing all family service programs of the YSB which
currently include: reunification services, parent education, Family Group
Decision Making, and De Clutter. The Division Director is also responsible
for program growth within these four areas, as well as exploration of
growth into other areas of service to families. Additionally, this
position assures superior communication with our contracting agency,
Centre County Children & Youth Services, and other funders. The Division
Director is an integral member of the Executive Team of the YSB which
includes the Division Directors for Residential & Community Based
Services, as well as the CFO and CEO. In this role, the Division Director
is involved in overarching agency success and planning. Position requires
clinical and supervisory experience, master’s degree is required, MSW
preferred. The Division Director presently has four direct reports who
oversee an additional 12 family service staff. The Division Director
reports to the CEO, Andrea H. Boyles.
